Ginger Lemon Tea

Ginger has a substance that makes the body more lemon fresh and good to reduce the symptoms of  colds  or not feeling well. Make this drink when feeling not feeling well  or want to add the spirit. Here's a recipe from his book Darrin Zeer, Office Spa.

Material:
2 ginger tea bags
2 tbsp lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups hot water
Lemon

Method:
1. Put both had ginger tea bag in a bowl. Add lemon juice and honey.
2. Pour hot water over the ingredients before and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Allow to warm.
3. Pour tea into a medium containing 2 cups ice cubes.
4. Add the lemon pieces.
